I started fratm.com as a place for me to store snippets of code that I write, and other pieces of geeky information. I am happy to share this information with the world. Most of the articles are written by me, but once in a while I will re-post an article, and I do make attempts to get the original authors permissions. I ALWAYS credit the original source.

I have been writing programs since I was a kid, I started out with a Commodore 64 writing programs in BASIC, and then 6502 Assembly.. Eventually I moved to the PC platform, after years of writing bash scripts and some BASIC stuff, I moved on to C, and then PERL, and PHP.. I have done some Javascript, C++ and VB/.NET programming too.

So you may find code snippets in any language on my site. Or you may just find hints on how to do things in the linux, Windows, or Mac world.. (I run all three OS's)

Feel free to sign up for an account, I do not share the user list with anyone.. I just like people to own their actions and comments :) Also feel free to critique my work, that's how we learn :)
